These Terms of Service (the "Terms") set the ground rules for using itsei.com (the "Site") and buying from us, arranged in the order you are likely to meet them: before you buy, while you order, during delivery, and if something goes wrong. Using the Site or placing an order means you accept these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund & Returns Policy. If you do not accept them, please refrain from using the Site.
Before you buy
Who we are
Laurel Gardenware is the trade name of Impen Reservor Service INC, a business located in Laurel, Mississippi. Our online store offers watering cans, plant spray bottles and garden hose nozzles.
Who can shop with us
To use the Site you must be 18 or older, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian. Whenever you order, the information you supply has to be accurate, current and complete.
About our products
Everything we list is one of three things: watering cans, plant spray bottles and garden hose nozzles. The product page for an item gives its specifics, such as size, materials and what the item includes. Colors you see on screen may look slightly different in person. Listings can be changed, updated or withdrawn at any time, without advance notice.
Prices and taxes
All prices on the Site are in US Dollars (USD). Sales tax that applies to your order is not built into those prices unless we say otherwise. Before you confirm, checkout lays out the complete cost: product price, shipping fees and taxes together. Pricing may change at any time.
Our content and how you use the Site
Product images, text, logos, graphics and other content on the Site belong to Laurel Gardenware or are licensed to us, and applicable intellectual property laws protect them. Reproducing, distributing or otherwise using that content requires our prior written consent.
While you are on the Site, please don't:
- do anything unlawful or fraudulent;
- disrupt the Site's security or the way it operates;
- scrape, copy or reproduce Site content unless we have given written permission;
- upload malware or other harmful code;
- try to get into any part of the Site you are not authorized to access.
Your account
Should you set up an account, it is up to you to keep your login details private. If you think someone has got into your account without permission, tell us right away at support@itsei.com.
Placing an order
Paying
Checkout shows the payment methods you can use, and our Payment Policy page describes them. Payments are processed securely at checkout, and nothing is hidden: you see every charge in full before confirming.
Changing your mind
Want to cancel? Reach out to support@itsei.com as quickly as you can. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancelling it may no longer be possible.
Delivery
Where we deliver
Our delivery area is the United States only: the 50 states plus Washington, DC. We do not send orders to international addresses. You'll find the full details in our Shipping Policy.
What shipping costs
Standard shipping anywhere we deliver in the United States costs nothing, whatever your order size; there is no minimum.
If something goes wrong
Returns and refunds
We take items back when they have a manufacturing defect, arrive damaged from transit, or turn out to be the wrong item. Our Refund & Returns Policy explains who qualifies, the timeframes and how to send an item back.
Warranty disclaimer
The Site and every product are provided "as is" and "as available." We make every effort to keep the Site accurate and dependable, yet we cannot guarantee it will run without interruption, be free of errors, or contain no harmful components.
Limits on what we are liable for
To the fullest extent the law allows, neither Laurel Gardenware nor Impen Reservor Service INC will be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages that come from your use of the Site or your purchase of products, including, without limitation, lost data, lost revenue or lost profits.

Updates to these Terms

Mississippi state law and the laws of the United States govern these Terms. Any dispute about these Terms or your use of the Site will be settled in courts located in the State of Mississippi.
